Automatic Cancellation of Fall 2025 Registration for students who have not made the minimum required payment or have made OSAP deferral arrangements (FINCA)

Deadline for PhD Students entering the program in Fall 2025 to submit their Individual Learning Plan to the GCTS Office
Last day for the GCTS Office to receive Individual Learning Plan (ILP) from PhD students who entered the program in Fall 2025. See Section C4.1.1 of the Graduate Degree Handbook
Absolute Deadline for TSpace submissions to be approved for Fall 2025 Convocations
This is the absolute deadline for all TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS for those students eligible and wishing to convocate Fall 2025.
NOTE: Students are given individual deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Defence and its outcome.
Last day to defend doctoral theses for Fall Convocation
Last day for students in the Conjoint PhD and DMin programs to defend their doctoral thesis in order to be eligible to meet requirements for Fall Convocations (REG & SMC).
Last day to add HF, HY, YF and YY courses
Last day for students to add Fall (F) and year-long; Fall-Winter (Y) courses via ACORN.
Deadline for Affiliate College Students to submit requests and supporting documentation for registration in Fall 2025 courses.
Last day for TST Registrar to receive the completed registration form and Letter of Permission from the student's home institution. Fall 2025 Classes Begin
First week of classes for Second-Entry Undergraduate (BD) and Graduate Fall and year long courses.
Deadline for incoming international graduate students to present a valid study permit to the home college registrar to be able to start Fall 2025 courses. Colleges may set an earlier date.
