General Exams for PhD Students and Comprehensive Exams for DMin students are not scheduled during this period.

Deadline for ThM (II) students to submit extended essay to the GCTS Office in order to graduate in November 2026 (SMC & REG only). Students must meet full graduation eligibility criteria.

Deadline to submit Fall 2026 requests to the GCTS Office for: Reading and Research (R&R) courses, Leaves of Absence (LoA), BD students requesting to take graduate-level courses, program & candidacy extensions, etc.

Deadline for DMin and ThM (I) students to submit thesis to the GCTS Office for examination in order to be exempt from Fall 2026 tuition fees. Ancillary and incidental fees still apply.

First day to enrol in TST courses for Fall 2026 and Winter 2027. Enrolment via ACORN opens at 8:00am EST.

Fall-Winter invoices for PhD and MA program fees and Fall invoices for DMin program fees are available via ACORN. Fall-Winter invoices for students in programs with course fees are available and will be adjusted as courses are added.
