Deadline to submit Summer 2027 requests to the GCTS Office for: Reading and Research (R&R) courses, Leaves of Absence (LoA), BD students requesting to take graduate-level courses, program & candidacy extensions, etc.

Final possible deadline to submit Winter coursework without needing a coursework extension. Instructors may set earlier deadlines; refer to course syllabus. See relevant program Handbooks.

Deadline for MA students to submit Master's Research Paper (MRP) or Research Portfolio to the GCTS Office in order to have fees pro-rated to the end of April.

Last day of Winter(S) and Full-year (Y) classes.

First day to enrol in TST courses for Summer 2027. Enrolment via ACORN opens at 8:00am EST.

Last possible date for TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS for students who are eligible to graduate in May 2027. Students are given individual Tspace submission deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Exam and its outcome.

UofT and TST Offices Closed. No classes.

Last day for PhD and DMin students to defend their doctoral thesis in order to graduate in May 2027 (EMC, KNX, TRN & WYC only). Students must meet full graduation eligibility criteria.

Last day for students to drop Winter (S) 2027 and Full-year (Y) courses via ACORN without academic penalty. Courses dropped after this date will show on transcripts with a grade based on the work submitted.
