General Exams for PhD Students and Comprehensive Exams for DMin students are not scheduled during this period.

Last day for GCTS Office to receive ThM (II) Extended Essay for examination from students wishing to graduate in the Fall (SMC & REG). See 9.4 of ThM Handbook.

Last day for GCTS Office to receive complete and signed requests for activities such as Reading and Research (R&R) courses, Leave of Absence (LoA), Coursework Extension, BD students requesting to take Graduate level courses, Program Extension, Candidacy Extension etc.

Last day for GCTS Office to receive approved theses for examination from students with continuous registration in the DMin and ThM programs ONLY, for students to be exempt from paying Fall 2025 Tuition fees. Ancillary and Incidental fees still apply.

Deadline by which graduate students taking research language exams for admission or program requirements, must register by and pay fee (if applicable). Please see https://www.tst.edu/language-courses-exams for more information.

Minimum payment must be made and posted to student's ACORN account to complete registration. Students must have REG status by this date in order to add or drop UTSU Extended Healthcare and access some services provided by UofT. Depending on the method used to make payment it may take up to 10 business days for payments to show on the record, so early payment is recommended.

TST students can registration for Fall 2025 and Winter 2026 courses via ACORN from 9:30 am on this date.
