Last day of classes for Fall.

For students graduating in Fall 2025, date by which theses deposited to TSpace are released into the applicable collection.
NOTE: Students who have an approved embargo will have only their name and abstract published at this time; their thesis will automatically be made public at the end of the approved embargo.

Minimum payment must be made to complete Winter 2025 registration. Students must have REG status by this date in order to add or drop UTSU Extended Healthcare and access some services provided by UofT.

PhD and DMin students wishing to graduate in Spring 2026 (EMC, KNX, TRN & WYC) must submit their approved thesis to the GCTS Office by this date to proceed to the final oral examination stage. See Section C11 (PhD) or D11 (DMin) in the Graduate Degree Handbook for information.

Last day for GCTS Office to receive approved theses for examination from students with contiguous registration in the ThM program ONLY, for students to be exempt from paying Winter 2026 Tuition fees. Ancillary and Incidental fees still apply.

This the last day for students to drop Fall courses without academic penalty. Courses dropped after this date will show on transcripts with a grade based on the work submitted. Students can drop courses via ACORN.

Last day for GCTS Office to receive Transfer Credit and/or Advanced Standing Requests from PhD, MA and ThM students who first entered the program in Fall 2025. See A7.14 of the GCTS Graduate Degree Handbook.

No classes are held during this week.
