Last day for students to add Fall (F) and Full-year (Y) courses via ACORN.
Deadline for TSpace submissions to be approved in order to graduate in November
Last possible date for TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS Office for students who are eligible to graduate in November 2026. Students are given individual Tspace submission deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Exam and its outcome.

Last day for PhD and DMin students to defend their doctoral thesis in order to graduate in November 2026 (SMC & REG only). Students must meet full graduation eligibility criteria.
GCTS Orientation
PhD, MA and ThM student orientation is held on this day.
Deadline for Affiliate Institution students to submit requests and supporting documentation for registration in Fall courses
