Deadline for students to drop the TSP355XY series of SPE courses without academic penalty. After this date students will be graded on work submitted and at the level in which they were registered according to the offer letter from the unit site which was presented for registration. Note that this drop deadline is earlier than for other courses.

The last day by which students in TSP355XY courses can notify their home college registrar of a request to change the level, for Winter and Full-year units. Requests for a change in level need to be accompanied by a letter from the hospital/unit. After this date students will be graded on the level indicated in their offer letter; no further changes are possible.

Deadline for MA and ThM (II) students to submit approved Master's Research Paper (MRP), Research Portfolio, or Extended Essay to the GCTS Office in order to graduate in May 2027 (EMC, KNX, TRN & WYC only). Students must meet full graduation eligibility criteria.

Automatic cancellation of Winter 2027 registration for students who have not made the minimum required payment and do not have an approved tuition fee deferral. Students will be removed from their Winter courses.

Deadline for ThM (I) students to submit approved thesis to the GCTS Office in order to graduate in May 2027 (EMC, KNX, TRN & WYC only). Students must meet full graduation eligibility criteria.
