Fall 2025 Classes Begin
First week of classes for Second-Entry Undergraduate (BD) and Graduate Fall and year long courses.

Deadline for Affiliate College Students to submit requests and supporting documentation for registration in Fall 2025 courses.
Last day for TST Registrar to receive the completed registration form and Letter of Permission from the student's home institution. See https://www.tst.edu/affiliated-member-institution-students-taking-tst-c…. Please note that students pay tuition fees to their home college for courses starting in the Fall semester.

Last day to add HF, HY, YF and YY courses
Last day for students to add Fall (F) and year-long; Fall-Winter (Y) courses via ACORN.

Last day to defend doctoral theses for Fall Convocation
Last day for students in the Conjoint PhD and DMin programs to defend their doctoral thesis in order to be eligible to meet requirements for Fall Convocations (REG & SMC).

Deadline for Submission of Change of Name Request for Fall Convocation Ceremonies
Students approved for graduation will graduate under the name specified on Repository of Student Information (ROSI). A request may be made to change or correct a name through the home college registrar on a form prescribed for that purpose, which must be accompanied by supporting documentation. Colleges may set an earlier deadline.

Absolute Deadline for TSpace submissions to be approved for Fall 2025 Convocations
This is the absolute deadline for all TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS for those students eligible and wishing to convocate Fall 2025.
NOTE: Students are given individual deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Defence and its outcome.
