Deadline for ThM (I) students with continuous registration to submit approved theses to the GCTS Office for examination, in order to be exempt from Winter 2027 tuition fees. Ancillary and incidental fees still apply.

Last day for students to drop Fall (F) courses via ACORN without academic penalty. Courses dropped after this date will show on transcripts with a grade based on the work submitted.

Deadline for PhD, MA and ThM students who first entered the program in Fall 2026 to submit requests for Transfer Credit and/or Advanced Standing to the GCTS Office. See relevant program Handbook.

Last possible date for TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS Office for students who are eligible to graduate in November 2026. Students are given individual Tspace submission deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Exam and its outcome.
