Annual doctoral supervisory reports for all PhD and DMin students are to be received by the GCTS Office by this date. This includes students who submitted a learning plan in October). See D4.1 (DMin Students) and C4.1 (PhD Students) in the GCTS Graduate Degree Handbook.

The date by which grades for or all summer courses are to be entered on ROSI by this date. Colleges may set earlier dates for grades to be submitted.

Last day for GCTS Office to receive Transfer Credit and/or Advanced Standing Requests from DMin students who first entered the program in Summer 2025. See A7.14 of the GCTS Graduate Degree Handbook.

Summer Invoices for DMin Program Fees are available via ACORN. Students in programs with course fees will see invoices from this date and are adjusted as courses are added.

Complete applications for consideration for admission to the SCP Certificate for Fall 2025 must be submitted through the online portal by 12 noon (ET) on this date.

Minimum payment must be made and posted to student's ACORN account to complete registration. Depending on the method used to make payment it may take up to 10 business days for payments to show on the record, so early payment is recommended.

Fees for the 2025 Summer Semester will be available to students via ACORN as of this date.
