Deadline for Vanier Canadian Graduate Scholarship Applications
11:59 pm on this date is the deadline for TST graduate students to complete the online application for consideration to the Vanier Canadian Graduate Scholarship. See https://vanier.gc.ca/en/nomination_process-processus_de_mise_en_candidature.html
Please Note: Applicants MUST email transcripts to the GCTS Office, put “CEAA” under their Institution on the ResearchNet portal, and in addition, send to GCTS.Office@utoronto.ca a screenshot of Vanier confirmation of submission prior to the the deadline.
Last Day to Drop Winter & Full-year SPE Courses (TSP355XY series) without Academic Penalty
Date by which students can drop the TSP355XY series of SPE courses without academic penalty. After this date students will be graded on work submitted and the level in which they were registered in according to the offer letter from the unit site which was presented for registration.
Last day for Students in SPE Courses (TSP355XY) to Change Level for Winter and Full-year units.
The last day by which students can notify their home college registrar of change of level for SPE for the TSP355XY group of course codes for Winter and full-year units. Request for change in level needs to be accompanied by a letter from the hospital/unit. After this date students will be graded on the the level indicated on their offer letter from the site.
Deadline for Submission of Change of Name Request for Spring Convocation Ceremonies
Students approved for graduation will graduate under the name specified on Repository of Student Information (ROSI). A request may be made to change or correct a name through through the home college registrar on a form prescribed for that purpose, which must be accompanied by supporting documentation. Colleges may set an earlier deadline.
