This is the absolute deadline for all TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS for those students eligible and wishing to convocate Fall 2024.
NOTE: Students are given individual deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Defence and its outcome.

Last day for students to add Fall (F) and Year- long; Fall-Winter (Y) courses via ACORN.

Under the terms of formal closure of the ThD and PhD-USMC programs, and the terminal reinstatement policy of 12 months, this is the last day to defend theses for students from ALL TST colleges that offered these two programs.

Last day for students at Regis College and St. Michael's College in Conjoint PhD and DMin to defend their doctoral thesis in order to be eligible to meet requirements for Fall Convocations.

Last day for instructors to submit requests for new courses, change to canonical information to existing courses and reactivation of courses. For online forms and further information please see: https://www.tst.edu/curriculum-course-approvals

Fall-Winter Invoices for PhD and MA Program Fees and Fall Invoices for DMin Program are available via ACORN. Students in programs with course fees will see invoices for Fall-Winter from this date and are adjusted as courses are added.
