Last day for GCTS Office to receive Master's Research Paper (MRP) or Research Portfolio for students in the MA program and to avoid Fall registration and for RG and SM students to be eligible to graduate in the Fall and all students who need to meet program requirements as an admission require to a program starting in the Fall. (See B11.1 of the GCTS Graduate Degree Handbook)
Last day for GCTS Office to receive Transfer Credit and/or Advanced Standing Requests from DMin students who first entered the program in Summer 2024. See A7.14 of the GCTS Graduate Degree Handbook.
GCTS Office is closed to in person visitors. Email and voicemail is monitored for matters relating to Final Oral Defences. Regular email will be responded to after July 15, 2024.
Annual doctoral supervisory reports for all PhD and DMin students are to be received by the GCTS Office by this date. This includes students who submitted a learning plan in October. See D4.1 (DMin Students) and C4.1 (PhD Students) in the GCTS Graduate Degree Handbook.

Deadline by which graduate students taking research language exams for admission or program requirements, on September 4, must register by and pay fee (if applicable).
