Last day for GCTS Office to receive approved ThM Thesis for examination for students wishing to be eligible for Spring Convocation (EMC, KNX, TRN & WYC)
Last day for GCTS Office to receive complete and signed requests for activities such as Reading and Research (R&R) courses, Leave of Absence (LoA), Coursework Extension, BD students requesting to take Graduate level courses, Program Extension, Candidacy Extension etc.

Students wishing to graduate in the Summer of 2025 (EMC, KNX, TRN & WYC) must submit their approved thesis to the GCTS by this date. See Section C11 (PhD) or D11 (DMin) in the Graduate Degree Handbook for information.
Last day for GCTS Office to receive approved theses for examination from students with contiuous registration in the DMin and ThM programs ONLY, for students to be exempt from paying Winter 2025 Tuition fees. Ancillary and Incidental fees still apply.
For students graduating in Summer 2024, date by which theses deposited to TSpace are released into the applicable collection.
NOTE: Students who have an approved embargo will have only their name and abstract published at this time; their thesis will automatically be made public at the end of the approved embargo.
