Graduate Degree Dates & Deadlines

General and Comprehensive Exams are not scheduled during this period. 

Final possible deadline for grades to be submitted for: Summer courses, MA student MRP and Research Portfolios, and ThM (II) student Extended Essays. Colleges may set earlier deadlines for grade submission.

Deadline for PhD and DMin students to submit annual doctoral supervisory reports to the GCTS Office. This includes students who submitted a learning plan in October.

Deadline for ThM (I) students to submit thesis to the GCTS Office for examination, in order to graduate in November 2027 (REG & SMC only). Students must meet full graduation eligibility criteria.

Deadline for PhD and DMin students to submit doctoral thesis to the GCTS Office in order to graduate in November 2027 (SMC & REG only). Students must meet full graduation eligibility criteria.

Deadline for DMin and ThM (I) students to submit approved thesis to the GCTS Office for examination, in order to be exempt from Summer 2027 tuition fees. Ancillary and incidental fees still apply.

Deadline to submit Summer 2027 requests to the GCTS Office for: Reading and Research (R&R) courses, Leaves of Absence (LoA), BD students requesting to take graduate-level courses, program & candidacy extensions, etc.

Deadline for MA students to submit Master's Research Paper (MRP) or Research Portfolio to the GCTS Office in order to have fees pro-rated to the end of April.

Last possible date for TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS for students who are eligible to graduate in May 2027. Students are given individual Tspace submission deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Exam and its outcome.
