Last day to defend doctoral theses for students in the ThD and PhD-USMC

Under the terms of formal closure of the ThD and PhD-USMC programs, and the terminal reinstatement policy of 12 months, this is the last day to defend theses for students from ALL TST colleges that offered these two programs.
