Regis College - President
Regis College, Canada’s Jesuit theological school, a founding member of the Toronto School of Theology, and federated partner with University of St. Michael College, seeks qualified applicants for the position of President. Affiliated with the University of Toronto, one of the world’s foremost postsecondary institutions of teaching and research, Regis was established in 1930 to form lay and ordained leaders for ministry in the Church. The College is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) in the United States and Canada and recognized by the Holy See as an Ecclesiastical Faculty for theological degrees.
The President will be required to exercise leadership in representing Regis in the Regis-University of St. Michael’s College Federation and to think strategically in the implementation of their memorandum of agreement. Inspired by Jesuit values and rooted in the Ignatian charism, the successful candidate will provide transformational vision and operational skills as a community builder to help the Regis community navigate the complexity of this new joint entity.
