Key Academic Dates

Registration in courses offered in Summer 2025 is available to students at 12:00 am ET via ACORN

This is the absolute deadline for all TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS for those students eligible and wishing to convocate Spring 2025.
NOTE: Students are given individual deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Defence and its outcome.

Last day of classes for Winter and year-long courses.

3:10 pm - 5 pm. Hybrid meetiting

3:10 pm - 5 pm. In person meetiting

Coursework and assignments for all Winter and Year-long courses must be submitted by this date. Graduate students see A7.9.1 Prima Facie Deadline of the GCTS Graduate Handbook; BD students see 9.7.1 Prima Facie Deadline of the BD Handbook.

Fees for the 2025 Summer Semester will be available to students via ACORN as of this date.

Last day for GCTS Office to receive complete and signed requests for activities such as Reading and Research (R&R) courses, Leave of Absence (LoA), Coursework Extension, BD students requesting to take Graduate level courses, Program Extension, Candidacy Extension etc.

Minimum payment must be made and posted to student's ACORN account to complete registration. Depending on the method used to make payment it may take up to 10 business days for payments to show on the record, so early payment is recommended.

UofT and TST offices closed.

Colleges may set earlier dates for submission of grades.

Grades from Winter 2025 and Year-long courses available to students via ACORN.

10 am - 12 noon. In person meeting

2 pm - 4 pm. Hybrid meeting

Complete applications for consideration for admission to the SCP Certificate for Fall 2025 must be submitted through the online portal by 12 noon (ET) on this date.
