Deadline for TSpace submissions to be approved for Fall 2024 Convovations
This is the absolute deadline for all TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS for those students eligible and wishing to convocate Fall 2024.
NOTE: Students are given individual deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Defence and its outcome.

Last day to add HF, HY, YF and YY courses
Last day for students to add Fall (F) and Year- long; Fall-Winter (Y) courses via ACORN.
Last day to defend doctotral theses for students in the ThD and PhD-USMC
Under the terms of formal closure of the ThD and PhD-USMC programs, and the terminal reinstatement policy of 12 months, this is the last day to defend theses for students from ALL TST colleges that offered these two programs.
Last day to defend doctotral theses for Fall Convocation
Last day for students at Regis College and St. Michael's College in Conjoint PhD and DMin to defend their doctoral thesis in order to be eligible to meet requirements for Fall Convocations.
