Deadline to Submit Doctoral Thesis for Fall 2024 Convocation
Students wishing to graduate in the Summer of 2025 (EMC, KNX, TRN & WYC) must submit their approved thesis to the GCTS by this date. See Section C11 (PhD) or D11 (DMin) in the Graduate Degree Handbook for information.
Deadline for DMin and ThM students to Submit Thesis for Examination to Avoid Tuition Fees for Winter 2025
Last day for GCTS Office to receive approved theses for examination from students with contiuous registration in the DMin and ThM programs ONLY, for students to be exempt from paying Winter 2025 Tuition fees. Ancillary and Incidental fees still apply.
Release of Theses on TSpace to Applicable Collections
For students graduating in Summer 2024, date by which theses deposited to TSpace are released into the applicable collection.

Deadline for Submission of Transfer Credit Request for PhD, MA and ThM Students
Last day for GCTS Office to receive Transfer Credit and/or Advanced Standing Requests from PhD, MA and ThM students who first entered the program in Fall 2024. See A7.14 of the GCTS Graduate Degree Handbook.
Last Day to Drop HF and YF Courses without Academic Penalty
This the last day for students to drop Fall courses without academic penalty. Courses dropped after this date will show on transcripts with a grade based on the work submitted. Students can drop courses via ACORN.
