Course Registration for Summer 2025 Opens
Registration in courses offered in Summer 2025 is available to students via ACORN
Deadline for TSpace submissions to be approved for Spring 2025 Convovations
This is the absolute deadline for all TSpace uploads to be approved by the GCTS for those students eligible and wishing to convocate Spring 2025.
NOTE: Students are given individual deadlines based on the date of their Final Oral Defence and its outcome.
Last day to defend doctotral theses for Spring Convocation
Last day for students at Emmanuel College, Knox College, Trinity Collage and Wycliffe College in Conjoint PhD and DMin to defend their doctoral thesis in order to be eligible to meet requirements for Spring Convocations.
Last Day to Drop HS, YS and YY Courses without Academic Penalty
This the last day for students to drop Fall courses without academic penalty. Courses dropped after this date will show on transcripts with a grade based on the work submitted. Students can drop courses via ACORN.
