Please note that the below is an attempt to summarize the important deadlines related to AD programs, but is not necessarily an exhaustive list.
| September 1 | Deadline to submit a ThMII Extended Essay for Fall Convocation |
| November 1 | Absolute deadline for courses taught in previous Fall Session (N.B. The TST AD Director must first approve an extension beyond August 31.) |
| January 6 | Advanced Degree Application Deadline |
| January 6 | Deadline to submit a doctoral thesis for Spring Convocation |
| February 6 | Deadline to submit a ThM thesis for Spring Convocation |
| March 1 | Deadline to submit a ThMII Extended Essay for Spring Convocation |
| March 1 | Absolute deadline for courses taught the previous Winter and Summer Sessions (N.B. The TST AD Director must first approve an extension beyond August 31.) |
| March 31 | Final deadline for late AD applications |
| May 1 | Deadline to submit a doctoral thesis for Fall Convocation |
| June 1 | Deadline to submit a master's thesis for Fall Convocation |
| August 31 | Deadline for course work submission for the academic year (N.B. professors will, in most cases, specify earlier deadlines). Extensions beyond this deadline must be approved by the TST AD Director (see appropriate handbook for details). |
