This academic program, offered by all Toronto School of Theology member colleges, provides students with a general introduction to theological scholarship, for their own enrichment or to establish a theological context within which to exercise their own ministry or apostolate.

The minimum requirement for the MTS is twenty (20) courses or equivalent units, over a minimum of two years.

The program may comprise a measure of specialization and must include a summative exercise.

Two streams are available:

• Theology, Spirituality and the Arts Stream
• Urban Community Development Stream
