Through its seven member institutions, the Toronto School of Theology offers several basic master's degrees in theology, which give students an introduction to theological study as well as preparation for professional ministry.
Toronto School of Theology colleges also offer a variety of academically-focused advanced master's and doctoral degrees in accord with the regulations of the Advanced Degree Council.
As well, TST offers a DMin program offering advanced studies in the practice of professional ministry.

Basic Master's Degrees
Includes the MDiv, MRE, MPS, MAMS, MTS, and MRel as well as combined degrees such as MDiv/MRE, MDiv/MA, and MRE/MEd.
Advanced Master's Degrees
Includes the ThM and MA programs which can prepare students for admission to a doctoral program or for specialized ministries.
Professional Doctoral Degrees
The DMin program aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of ministry in which theory and practice inform and enhance one other.
Academic Doctoral Degrees
The PhD and ThD programs aim to enable students to make an original contribution to scholarship in a chosen area of specialization.
