This course will teach students to analyze factors and dynamics in Third Word ministry settings. Lectures and readings will enhance understanding of the new context in which cross-cultural Christian interactions take place. This course also aims to increase empathy for the challenges and differences in cross-cultural communication. In addition to class meetings, there will be several field trips.  Students will be evaluated through: a) class presentations b) reflections on cross-cultural visits, and c)a teaching experience in a cross-cultural setting. Assignment due on first day of class. See syllabus for details.
